This Saturday, three members of the LE FishTank Deluxe team are going to go out and spend at least some of the money. There are a lot of ways we can go with this whole thing, and we are of course open to suggestion. Remember, we're all going to enjoy or despise this thing together for a long time. Here's what we're thinking:
Saltwater!
The beauty of marine fish is absolutely unmatched in the freshwater realm. Just note the lovely floaters decorating this site. No offense to our freshwater friends of course, but with all the hype surrounding this FishTank upgrade, it better be noticable.
Big!
We could get a small tank and save the extra money for upkeep, but we want to go all the way. Aside from the the visual impact of a large tank, several sources have indicated that larger tanks are easier to keep healthy.
With Stand!
We could save a substantial amount by placing our new aquarium on one of the fine bookcases we have now, but that would be boring. No, the FishTank team will settle for no such thing. We're looking into getting a nice custom oak stand that will compliment the tank. That's right, we do it for you.

What happens to LE FishTank Basic?
After making the difficult desicion to go saltwater, it only took the FishTank Deluxe team a few minutes to realize that the current freshwater fish just won't be able to make the transition. We're bright like that. O, the metaphors we could spin between the FishTank and the banner network, but I dare not digress. Although we could just let FishTank Basic go to pot, we are far too compassionate for our little cold blooded friends to do this. Besides, those tanks can get quite stinky after a few months of algae has built up. To make a long story short, we're going to keep up FishTank Basic. However, if anyone of the other floors wants to take over responsibilies, we are more than happy to pass on the torch that started this crazy fire.
